We offer a one year health guarantee on life-threatening genetic or hereditary disease or defeats. All puppies will be current on vaccinations and worming and new owner will be provided with that puppies record at the time of delivery. This puppy will be vet checked within 72 hours of receiving it for the health guarantee to be enforced. A written signed statement from the Licensed vet will be required if an issue arises. To receive a replacement puppy, a written document from a licensed vet describing the hereditary condition is required and the dog must be returned at buyers expense. Vacinations (At least two sets if not three sets) of Shots are done prior to your puppies arrival.We provide detailed records for your new vet to exam. We also provide regular worming , however on occasions minor parasite or worming issues may crop up. We try our best to have those taken care of before your puppy arrives to his/her new home. This is considered to be minor and a call to the vet will be taken are of with a few meds to extent their puppy treatments. All Puppies have worms and are treated during the first 8 weeks of birth. Transportation or delivery will be discussed between each of the buyer and seller to determine if shipping expenses are required. Otherwise, delivery or pickup will be at the new owners expense. We do request a nominal gas fee re-imbursement for delivery out of 100 miles radius of Charleston, ILL. Shipping expenses include the following expenses: vet health certificate $30,flight $175, shipping crate $20 totaling $225 to ship your animal. I have 2.5 hours to drive to the airport one way which I don't charge for. This is incurred at my expense. Medical Expenses: No Vet bills will be paid for by seller. Everyone has different considerations of a vet emergency. Any information needs to be faxed or emailed to us with a licensed vet statement for your records here at Willow Creek. This is a non refundable deposit Once the deposit is received on a committed puppy reservation you are responsible for balance within two to three weeks unless other arrangements are made and agreed on in advance of the sale. Both parties will have to sign to change this agreement time frame. This is a non-refundable deposit. Willow Creek does offer it's clients and farm friends the opportunity to move this deposit forward to another litter in the event of life altering changes that would prevent you from accepting possession of this puppy at the time of 8 to 10weeks of age. We understand that major events happen in everyone's life that may need a little adjustment at times. We in no way want to burden you at those times however, puppies need to bond with their new families as soon as possible.
